How do I find inspiration?

First of all I need to feel good about myself.  Not just mentally but physically also. This past summer I did a lot of running.  but lately I have been on Hiatus.

Just this past month November I have started to exercise again.  I have been running a trampoline and just lifting weights. I have worked out about three times this month.

I am looking to increase it to regular workouts at least three times a week.

When I feel great about my self my mind is clear and I can accomplish more things.  I feel more energetic and ready to conquer what ever is ahead of me.

Food and sleep is an important thing also.  Its important to eat the right foods and avoid all the stuff that will just make you fat.  Being fat is unhealthy and their is nothing cool about it in my opinion.  People who are overweight are at higher risks with their health.  So if you want to live a long and healthy live. Diet and exercise and feel great about yourself.

OK.  Now that I have all this energy let me tell you what I got in the works.  I will be rereleasing Runopians book one with a special deal so stay tuned. I plan on giving away a lot of art work for everyone to enjoy.  So Ill keep you posted.

back streets of Tokyo to Ueno

Published on Sunday, 28 August 2011 15:10 | Written by bunga | Print | Hits: 647

I did a run on saturday from Ginza to Ueno.  A very normal route I usually run.  But this time to make it a little different I decided to hit the back alleys instead of running on Chuo Dori.

It was nice because less traffic and a lot easier to cross streets and no need to stop. I just kept running and running and it was just so awesome. A little humid but all in all the air was good.

Since this is my first run in three weeks I decided to only run about 5km.  When I get back in my groove I will increase my distance week to week.

The important thing is consistency.

You know I love to run and take care of my body.  It is important to stay in tip top shape.  I usually run about 20km a week.  I have been on hiatus for the past 3 weeks. But I will run starting to today and will share with you my adventures of running in Tokyo.  And if you would like you can run with me too.  Well that is if your in Tokyo and your not a crazy stalking person.
